As a machine builder you design, build, and maintain complex automation and robotics solutions for clients across various industries. Where Machine vision is being used in applications and machines, the image is the primary input for the camera. For your specific Machine Vision application to work perfectly, this image has to be consistent and razor sharp within the parameters set by the customer. Specific Lighting techniques and optical expertise are needed to achieve this. We deliver both.
With our expertise in lighting techniques and our vision components we help you deliver more effective, efficient and reliable machine vision solutions. We can be your partner in concept creation at the start of a project. Or we can fine tune and optimize the vision application later on in the proces. We are there when you need us.
First we discuss the desired optical solution, its functions and non-functions, so we fully understand your specific needs, challenges and goals. Objectives, preconditions and timelines are determined.
In our lab we build an initial test set-up. In this set-up we re-create as much of the "real-life conditions" as possible. We use actual samples and different hardware components to decide on the best solution direction. We tune and test untill we can offer you the best image possible created in this lab environment.
After the testing phase you receive a detailed “Light study report”. This is the blue-print for your (on-site) test setup and adds to your feasibility study. The report also describes what can be expected, which possible issues might require extra attention and what investments are to be expected.
In consultation, we can deliver loan items to verify the "Light Study Report" on-site. After your on-site tests, the results will be reviewed together. These determine if the desired outcome is achieved, or some final adjustments are needed.
